OPINION AND ORDER DENYING REINSTATEMENT

This matter is before the Court on an application for reinstatement by Frederic J. Cowden pursuant to SCR 3.510. Cow-den was suspended from the practice of law for a period of five years by Order of the Court entered April 2, 1987. Kentucky Bar Association v. Cowden, Ky., 727 S.W.2d 403 (1987).
