The corporation the dissolution of which is sought in this proceeding was organized in 1911 for the general purpose suggested by its title. Its principal activity formerly was concerned with the encouragement of the tourist industry. During the past decade the scope of its operations was extended to include industrial promotion. It does not appear that there was any reorganization of the corporation at that time or any amendment of its articles.
