MEMORANDUM OPINION
RICHARD T. FORD, Bankruptcy Judge.
INTRODUCTION
GARAKO FARMS, INC., the Debtor herein, filed this Chapter 12 Petition in the above-entitled Court on July 18, 1988. The Debtor filed a Plan on October 17, 1988, and the Confirmation hearing was set for November 30, 1988. On November 30, 1988, the Chapter 12 Trustee, M. Nelson Enmark appeared; Albert J. Berryman of the law firm of Lerrigo, Snyder, Nibler, Moss & Berryman, appeared as attorneys for San Jose Production Association and Michael H.
