Appeal from the St. Louis Circuit Court, Hon. Leroy B. Valliant, Judge. In a lease which provides that the tenant is to pay ‘ ‘ all taxes, rates, and assessments whatsoever, which now are, or hereafter shall be, taxed, rated, or assessed against the demised premises, during the continuance of said term,” as in this case, the tenant is compelled to pay taxes which are assessed during his term, although they are not payable until the year following.
