The trial court determined that Petitioner’s petition to turn over assets was barred by the doctrine of res judicáta. We affirm.

This appeal arises from the trial court’s denial of a petition to turn over assets filed by Petitioner/Appellant David Morrow (Mr. Morrow) as the Administrator of the Estate of John J. Goza (Mr. Goza) in the Probate Court of Shelby County in December 2010. It is the second time the matter of Mr. Goza’s estate has been before this Court.
