This is a civil action brought in the Superior Court seeking damages for personal injuries and property damage allegedly resulting from a collision between an automobile operated by the plaintiff (Turgeon) and an automobile operated by the defendant (Davis). The plaintiff filed a complaint alleging negligence on the part of the defendant and the defendant filed a counterclaim alleging negligence by the plaintiff.
