Woolsey v. Board of Supervisors

Appeal from Hamilton District Court. Certiorari to review tbe proceedings of the board of supervisors of Hamilton county, resulting in the establishment of a road. Plaintiff, claiming to be affected by and interested in the action of the board, brought this proceeding in the district court, where judgment was rendered sustaining the final order establishing the road; he now appeals to this court.
