The plaintiff caused judgment by confession to be entered on a promissory note against the defendant Ingran Construction Co., Inc., as maker and defendant Anthony Jaconetti, the president of the corporation who had personally guaranteed the obligation. The judgment was entered in the amount of *55,501.92 which included principal, interest and attorney’s fees.
