STATEMENT OF THE CASE
On April 11, 1984, George R. Joyner and Sarah M. Joyner filed a petition under Chapter 11 of the United States Bankruptcy Code. On April 25, 1984, Joyner Oil Co., Inc. and J-Mart Super Foods, Inc. filed separate Chapter 11 petitions.
