In this civil action we affirmed a judgment for plaintiffs, 754 F.2d 698 (1985; hereafter sometimes referred to as Moore I), based on a finding for plaintiffs by a jury on a special verdict form on “the issue of violation of section one of the Sherman Antitrust Act.” The defendants were two affiliated trade associations representing companies in the boat and boat trailer business and an executive of the associations.
