After substantially all of the issues in this matrimonial case were resolved, but prior to the completion of the extended trial of the child support and related counsel fee issues, defendant husband was discharged from his high-income employment position. The trial court found sufficient income from the parties’ unearned income for the child support award and prorated child support on the basis of the parties’ assets.
