MEMORANDUM OPINION
FARNAN, District Judge.
This action was brought by Plaintiffs, Pfizer Inc., Pfizer Ireland Pharmaceuticals, Warner-Lambert Company, Warner-Lambert Company, LLC and Warner-Lambert Export, Ltd. (collectively, “Pfizer”) against Defendants, Ranbaxy Laboratories Limited and Ranbaxy Pharmaceuticals Incorporated (collectively, “Ranbaxy”) for infringement of U.S. Patent No. 4,681,-893 (the “ ’893 patent”) and U.S. Patent No. 5,273,995 (the “ ’995 patent”). The ’893 and ’995 patents pertain to an atorvastatin calcium pharmaceutical composition sold by Pfizer under the registered name…
