This is another underinsured motorist (UIM) appeal generated by Aubrey v. Harleysville Ins. Cos., 140 N.J. 397, 658 A.2d 1246 (1995) (Aubrey). Defendant appeals a judgment entered in the parties’ consolidated actions arising from plaintiffs efforts to obtain UIM coverage as a family member under her father’s automobile policy issued by defendant.
