This case is before the court upon several 1 suppliers’ request to withdraw monies consigned with the Clerk of the Court for the payment of their services and/or materials, on the grounds that the consigned funds are not property of the estate under Section 541 of the Bankruptcy Code and applicable Puerto Rico law. The debtor opposed the suppliers’ request on the grounds that the consigned funds are property of the estate, and the suppliers are general unsecured creditors under the Bankruptcy Code.
