This is an appeal from the judgment of the trial court granting the defendant’s motion for summary judgment in an action brought by the plaintiff to recover damages for personal injuries sustained when she tripped and fell while walking across the vestibule or common entry way of the defendant’s apartment house in which the plaintiff was a tenant.
