This appeal is from the order and judgment of the Superior Court of Fulton County, Georgia granting the motion for directed verdict of The Atlanta Coca-Cola Bottling Company (defendant) in an action for damages arising out of personal injuries and loss of consortium brought by Gladys Molden and John B. Molden (plaintiffs).
