This is an action of ejectment, and the defendant relies upon *586three tax title deeds. Fifteen distinct questions are reserved for the opinion of this Court. The facts uponwhich these questions are propounded, are so imperfectly stated in some instances., as to render it impossible to give an opinion. The practice of reserving so many questions in one case, without regard to the particular suit' in which they are reserved, can result in no good.
