This is an action in mandamus for an order to compel defendants to *438appoint plaintiff as. city traffic engineer of the City of Philadelphia. The matter came on for hearing. The judge who tried the case without a jury found for defendants and dismissed the complaint. Plaintiff filed exceptions to the adjudication.
