This is a workmen’s compensation case and the extent of permanent partial disability to the body as a whole is the question involved.

The facts very briefly are these: On November 24, 3965, Mrs. Pauline Kay injured her back while in the course of her employment as a practical nurse by the Siielnutt Nursing Home. The injury occurred when Mrs. Ray fell partially to the floor while attempting to assist an aged patient into a wheel chair.
