MEMORANDUM AND ORDER

TRAGER, District Judge.

This litigation began in December of 1998 when plaintiffs Films By Jove, Inc. (“FBJ”) and Soyuzmultfilm Studio (“SMS” 1 ) brought an action for copyright infringement, breach of contract, unfair competition, and RICO violations against Joseph Berov (“Berov”), Natasha Orlova, Rigma America Corporation, and the St. Petersburg Publishing House and Group.
