YOUNG, Chief Judge:

Court members convicted the appellant, contrary to his pleas, of wrongfully using, possessing, and distributing cocaine. Article 112a, UCMJ, 10 U.S.C. § 912a. The convening authority approved the sentence as adjudged-a bad-conduct discharge, confinement for 18 months, and reduction to E-l. The appellant asserts three errors: (1) The military judge erred by failing to suppress the results of a urinalysis; (2) The findings and sentence should be set aside due to excessive delay in post-trial processing of the case; and (3) The staff judge advocate’s…
