Appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court at Special Term (Cholakis, J.), entered October 23,1984 in Albany County, which dismissed petitioners’ application, in a proceeding pursuant to Election Law § 16-102, to, inter alia, void votes cast at an organizational meeting of the Liberal Party State Committee and the filings resulting therefrom.
