This is a damage suit wherein plaintiff seeks judgment against the Holicer Gas Company, Incorporated, and the carrier of its public liability insurance, the Hartford Accident and Indemnity Company, for physical injuries sustained by him and for the value of his automobile destroyed in a collision between it and a trailer owned by the gas company; also for loss of time from business, due to the collision. The accident occurred a few minutes after midnight of March 16, 1944, on Highway No. 80, between the cities of Shreveport and Minden, Louisiana, a few miles west of the Louisiana Ordnance…
