Appeal from a judgment of the County Court of Schenectady County (Giardino, J.), rendered September 14, 2004, upon a verdict convicting defendant of the crimes of assault in the first degree, reckless endangerment in the first degree and criminal mischief in the second degree (two counts).
Defendant drove his truck to his ex-girlfriend’s house and shot her car several times with a shotgun.
