This matter is before us at this time on a motion to transfer an appeal to the Supreme Court of Louisiana.

This case involves the dual adoption by a married couple of each other’s children of prior marriages. Jesse Thornton Edwards seeks to adopt Antoniette Lynn Cuc-cia and Terri Ann Cuccia, issue of his present wife’s Maydee S. Edwards, marriage to William J. Cuccia; and Mrs. May-dee S.
