Appeal from a decision of the Workers’ Compensation Board, filed July 1, 2011, which ruled that claimant was entitled to reimbursement for certain expenses.

The underlying facts are more fully set forth in our prior decision in this matter (84 AD3d 22 [2011]). As relevant here, claimant received a settlement of $50,000 in a third-party action that he commenced to recover for injuries sustained in a work-related automobile accident.
