Appeal from a judgment of the superior court for King county, Albertson, J., entered April 17, 1908, upon the verdict of a jury rendered in favor of the plaintiffs, in an action for the death of an employee.

This action was brought by the plaintiffs to recover against the Puget Sound Electric Railway, and W. S. Dimmock, its manager, for the death of W. L. Harris, caused by alleged negligence of the defendants. The cause was tried to the court and a jury. The trial resulted in a judgment and verdict in favor of the plaintiffs for $15,000, against the railway company. The company appeals.
