OPINION

BERNICE BOUIE DONALD, Circuit Judge.

Petitioner Jacek Trela (“Trela”) seeks judicial review of a final removal order issued by the Board of Immigration Appeals (“BIA”). That order dismissed his appeal of an Immigration Judge’s (“IJ’s”) denial of his application for cancellation of removal brought pursuant to section 240A(a) of the Immigration and Nationality Act (“INA”). 8 U.S.C. § 1229b(a). For the reasons stated herein, we DENY the petition and AFFIRM the BIA’s order.
