DIXON, Judge.

Anderson was convicted of first degree murder, Section 565.003 RSMo 1978, committed in the course of an attempted robbery, and was sentenced to life imprisonment. He asserts the court erred in (1) overruling his motion to dismiss because of alleged statutory and Sixth Amendment speedy trial violations; (2) admitting, over objection, testimony about another crime; and (3) denying his requests for a mistrial because of portions of the state’s argument.
