Plaintiffs, Albert Payne and Wilbert Albert, Jr., appeal dismissal of their actions for damages for personal injuries and related expenses sustained and incurred as the result of a three vehicle, chain reaction, rear end automobile collision which occurred in the right or outside eastbound lane of the 1-10 Mississippi River Bridge between the Cities of Baton Rouge and Port Allen on the early morning of December 16, 1968.
