Case Summary

Appellant, Martha Kilbert, appeals the termination of her parental rights to AK. and An.K. She argues that the State failed to provide sufficient evidence to support the termination of her parental rights. Kilbert also alleges that the trial court abused its discretion in denying her motion to stay the termination pending the appeal and that the Guardian Ad Litem (GAL) is not a proper party to this appeal.
