This is an appeal by the Sanitary District of Chicago from a judgment of the circuit court of Cook county in a condemnation proceeding instituted by the city of Chicago against appellant.
The city of Chicago, pursuant to an ordinance adopted, sought to construct an intercepting sewer emptying into the south branch of the Chicago river, on the west side, about fourteen feet south of Washington street.'
