This is án appeal from a judgment entered upon a verdict of guilty returned by a jury on an indictment charging the defendant, appellant herein, Milton Bryan, alias George McCann, alias John Doe, with the unlawful possession of burglar tools, in violation of the provisions of Section 12439, General Code.
