OPINION OF THE COURT

2Per curiam

The Grievance Committee for the Tenth Judicial District (hereinafter the Grievance Committee) served the respondent with a petition dated June 27, 2007, containing six charges of professional misconduct. After a pretrial conference on January '23, 2008 and a hearing on July 30, 2008, limited to the issue of mitigation, the Special Referee sustained all six charges. The Grievance Committee moves to confirm the Special Referee’s report and to impose such discipline upon the respondent as the Court deems just and proper.
