Appeal by defendant from a judgment of the the Supreme Court, Kings County, rendered September 8, 1976, convicting him of criminal possession of a controlled substance in the first, second and fifth degrees, upon a jury verdict, and imposing sentence. Judgment affirmed. The sole contention on this appeal that merits discussion is defendant’s assertion that the Trial Justice committed reversible error when he essentially reread his original charge defining "possession”, "constructive possession” and "reasonable doubt” after the jury sought an explanation "in layman’s terms” of these concepts.…
