— This is a petition by the Attorney General of Pennsylvania for the revocation of the malt liquor license issued by the County Treasurer of Berks County to Charles A. Eyrich for the year beginning June 1,1936. The petition avers that on January 28, 1936, Eyrich did, by his servants and employes, sell alcoholic liquors other than malt or brewed beverages and did keep and possess upon the licensed premises alcoholic liquors other than malt or brewed beverages, and that because of these violations of law his license for the year 1935-1936 was revoked by the Court of Quarter…
