The matters before the Court are two motions for sanctions filed pro se in the above-captioned adversary proceeding by Miles J. Brkovich (“Mr.Brkovich”) on June 12, 2015 (“June Motion”) and December 1, 2015 (“December Motion”), seeking sanctions against Terence O’Halloran, Esq. and William Jeffrey Leonard, Esq.1 for alleged violations of Fed.R.Bankr.P. 9011.
