OPINION

STEEL, Senior District Judge:

Plaintiff, Lillian J. Rice, is the beneficiary of a life insurance policy issued by defendant, Reliance Standard Life Insurance Company, on the life of the deceased husband of the plaintiff. The defendant Colonial Mortgage Service Company is a Pennsylvania corporation in the business of servicing life insurance policies. Premium payments on the policy, included in plaintiff’s monthly mortgage payment, were made directly to Colonial, and Colonial in turn remitted the premium payments to Reliance.
