MEMORANDUM OPINION
NUGENT, District Judge.
Plaintiff filed this action seeking review of the decision of the Administrative Law Judge (“ALJ”) denying his claim for disability insurance benefits. The matter is now before the Court upon the Report and Recommendation of Magistrate Judge George J. Limbert (ECF Docket #20). The Magistrate Judge recommends that the Court find that substantial evidence exists to support the ALJ’s determination that Plaintiffs impairments do not meet Listing 1.09(C).
