The plaintiff, as trustee under a mortgage and deed of trust executed by the Oregon-Washington Bridge Company to secure an issue of its bonds, instituted this action, naming as defendants the bridge company and certain of the holders of its bonds, to have the court ascertain and declare the rights, duties, and responsibilities of the parties in respect of a trust fund in his possession.
