T.G. NELSON, Circuit Judge:

I

Mohinder Goomar appeals the district court’s grant of summary judgment for Centennial Life Insurance Company (Centennial) and Sentry Life Insurance Company (Sentry) on his claim for disability benefits. Dr. Goo-mar claims that his psychological disability led to the conduct that caused the loss of his medical license and his inability to work and that he is therefore entitled to disability benefits. We have jurisdiction under 28 U.S.C. § 1291, and we affirm the district court’s grant of summary judgment for Centennial and Sentry.
