11Based on the record before this Court and for the following reasons we affirm the judgment of the trial court.

STATEMENT OF THE CASE

The defendant Ray A. Boudreaux was charged by bill of information on February 21, 2008, with five counts of attempted second degree murder, violations of La. R.S. 14:30.1. The defendant pleaded not guilty at his March 14, 2008 arraignment. The trial court denied the defendant’s motions to suppress the evidence, the statement and identification on April 23, 2008.
