An arbitrator for the Industrial Commission found that on November 3, 1975, petitioner, Charles Bertetto, in the course of his employment by respondent, United Electric Coal Company, was last exposed to the hazards of an occupational disease, that said exposure resulted in an occupational disease, and that as a result petitioner sustained a disablement which was compensable under the Workmen’s Occupational Diseases Act (Ill.
