Allen Tyrone Brown appeals from his conviction of murder and possession of a firearm during the commission of a crime in relation to the death of Leroy Bruce Sparrow. Appellant was sentenced to life imprisonment for the murder and to a consecutive term of five years imprisonment for the firearm possession charge.
