The appellee filed notice of opposition ■to the registration based upon its prior ownership and use of the registered trade-marks “TRUE CONFESSIONS,” “HEART CONFESSIONS,” and “ROMANTIC CONFESSIONS,” all for periodical magazines published and sold in interstate commerce.
