This case comes up on error from the court of common pleas of this county. An agreed statement of facts was submitted to the court'below. Joseph Ellifritz, a resident of Hillsboro, Ohio, being heavily indebted to divers and sundry persons, both as an individual and as a member of the firm of J. S. Ellifritz & Co., woolen manufacturers, left, his home on South St., Hillsboro, early in February, 1894, on what was supposed to be in the interest of his trade.
