This application is made pursuant to article 78 of the Civil Practice Act to review and, upon such review, to modify an order of the New York City Bent and Behabilitation Administrator.

The order sought to be so reviewed and modified is dated April 30,1963, and denies in part petitioner’s protest against an order of the Local Rent Administrator, dated April 2, 1962, which denied petitioner’s application for increases in rents.
