Plaintiff, Arthur Sanford Limouze, filed suit against the “International Organization of Masters, Mates & Pilots, Maritime Advanced Training Education and Safety Program (A New York Trust)” and the International Organization of Masters, 'Mates & Pilots, AFL-CIO (A voluntary Unincorporated Labor Organization) for breach of an employment contract.
