REBECA HUDDLE, Justice.
Johnny Louis Torres Jr. pleaded guilty to the offense of possession of a controlled substance, cocaine, weighing less than one gram. Torres acknowledged two prior felony conviction enhancements for robbery and the court assessed punishment at twelve years’ confinement. On appeal, Torres presents two points of error. First, Torres contends that the trial court failed to order a substance abuse evaluation, as required by Texas-Code of Criminal Procedure article 42.12 section 9(h).
