Southside Brick Works, Incorporated, hereafter called the plaintiff, filed its motion for judgment against Lelia Y. F. Anderson, hereafter called the owner, alleging that she was liable upon a parol promise for $792.90 for bricks furnished a building contractor who at the time the bricks were sold and delivered was building a house for the owner.
